“So a little context, for the past lets say about 3 weeks I had dropped my phone on some concrete and the charging port no longer seems to respond to my cable. The only was I could get it to work was by tilting my phone and leaving it at a angle so that the wire would be constantly forced into the only position it seemed to charge. Well turns out it was just dirt clogging the charging port and Steve cleaned it out and in 5 Minutes the issue was resolved. Nothing was charged to me due to the nature of the issue and I think that was a good indication of their ethics. Definitely coming back here to have any of my personal electronics looked at.”

I show up and he fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes and was kind enough not to charge me because he said the issue was so simple.
